Medical Assistant (CCMA) Training Program

In Partnership with:

Train for an in-demand healthcare career through this 20-week Medical Assistant training program, funded by Goodwill Industries of Dallas and Workforce Dallas, and delivered in partnership with TWU Ventures and Skilltrade.

This program combines online learning, hands-on clinical labs, and externship support to help participants build real-world skills and transition into full-time employment with a local healthcare system.

Credential: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Format: Hybrid (online + in-person labs)

What to Expect

- Complete one unit per week (12-15 clock hours)
- Attend hands-on clinical labs every other Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Prepare for and take the national certification exam
- Receive externship placement and job placement assistance

Training is free to participants, with financial assistance available.

Career services and employment support provided through Goodwill Dallas Career Services.
